As Head of Programme Development at Element, I led a year-long redesign of the charity’s creative programme, grounded in research, youth consultation, and iterative testing. As part of this, I designed a comprehensive framework featuring a methodology, over 40 session plans, facilitator guidance, and a quality assurance framework.
